I asked a question to the creator that was never answered. It felt as if he made the sale and that’s what he cared about. I want to love it but the band warped and now it’s hard to put on.

I made it very clear that I wanted a blank bracelet plate. it came engraved with the medic alert symbol. I immediately messaged the vendor and was answered promptly. I was told that I could return it; no offer of a return label. I'll give it away before I send it back at my expense to be resold at full price. Lesson learned. Never again. I gave it one star overall and did not bother to break it down into the above categories.
