Free U.S. standard shipping

USMedID offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There is no minimum purchase and no shipping code is required.

Express shipping

An optional express shipping upgrade is available for $20 when shown at checkout. Express shipping changes the delivery service; it does not shorten engraving or other customization time.

Engraving and processing

Processing time and shipping transit time are separate. Please check your product page for current engraving and dispatch estimates. Color-fill and other custom services may require additional processing time. If you need your order by a particular date, contact us before ordering.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless a service is expressly described as guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and holidays may affect delivery. When your order is fulfilled, use the shipment information in your order notification to follow its progress.

Your delivery address

Please check your address, apartment or unit number, and ZIP code before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has shipped.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help. Keep the packaging and any damaged items while we review the issue. Please do not include unnecessary medical information in support messages.

International orders

International shipping is not currently available through checkout.
