USMedID operates this online store, which is hosted by Shopify. These terms describe the conditions for using our website and purchasing our products. Please review them together with our shipping, return/refund and privacy policies before ordering.

Orders and payment

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Product prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless checkout explicitly displays another currency. Your order total, including any selected paid customization, add-ons, shipping upgrades and applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay.

If an item becomes unavailable or we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not charge a higher price or substitute another product without your agreement. If an order cannot be fulfilled, payments collected for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Personalization and engraving

You are responsible for reviewing the engraving text, spelling, phone numbers, size, finish and other options before submitting your order. Only provide information that you are authorized to use, including details entered for another person.

Engraving previews help you review your wording and layout. They are illustrations rather than a guarantee of exact lettering size, spacing, contrast or finish. The tag shape, available engraving area, selected finish and amount of text can affect the final appearance. More text can require smaller lettering.

If you notice an error after ordering, contact us promptly. Changes may not be possible after personalization has started. Our return and refund policy explains how we handle personalized items and mistakes made by us.

Medical information

Our jewelry displays information selected by the customer. We do not determine what medical information should be engraved. If you need help choosing that information, consult your healthcare professional. Medical ID jewelry is not a substitute for medical advice, treatment or emergency services, and we cannot guarantee that another person will notice or read it.

Product appearance and care

Images and screen colors may differ from the appearance of the finished item. Refer to the individual listing for materials, sizing and care instructions. Specific claims such as water resistance apply only when stated for that item. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification about a material, finish or feature.

Shipping, returns and order changes

The shipping and return/refund policies linked on this website form part of the purchase terms. Contact us promptly with delivery problems, defects, incorrect items or requests to change an order.

Promotional offers

Discounts are subject to the eligibility and conditions shown with each offer. Enter the code at checkout and confirm that the discount appears before paying. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts do not combine with other discount codes or automatic discounts. These offers apply to merchandise; taxes and paid shipping charges are calculated separately at checkout. Free standard U.S. shipping remains available without a code.
