How do I add my engraving details?

Enter your wording on the product page, choose your engraving finish and check the preview. Review your spelling and details before adding the item to your cart.

Can you help me choose a size?

Yes. Tell us which item you’re considering and the measurement you need help with. For bracelets, check the product’s sizing options and measurement instructions before ordering.

What should I include about an existing order?

Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, along with your question. Your order confirmation email contains the order number.

Can I choose a color for my engraving?

On eligible items, select Premium engraving and then the optional color fill. Choose one color for the item. Color-filled orders need additional processing time for curing.
